The Utahraptor, whose name means Utah's predator, is a genus of theropod dinosaurs. They were carnivorous creatures who existed during the Lower Cretaceous period. The holotype specimen of Utahraptor is fragmentary, consisting of skull fragments, a tibia, claws and some caudal (tail) vertebrae. These few elements suggest an animal about twice the length of Deinonychus, or 22 feet.

There is strong phylogenetic evidence suggesting that it, as well as all dromaeosaurids, possessed feathers.

Measures 5.3"L x 2"H.
